Small Group Training

Our Small Group Training classes are the perfect option if you have 2 or more people looking to train together. This format allows you to enjoy the benefits of personalized coaching while sharing the experience with friends or family. You’ll still receive focused, safe, and functional progressions tailored to your group’s specific goals, but with the added motivation and support of a close-knit environment. Whether you’re training with a friend for fun or as a family working towards a healthier lifestyle, our small group sessions foster teamwork and accountability, making your fitness journey both enjoyable and effective
