Abstracts for Paper and Oral Presentations are invited in the following thematic areas:

Food processing, packaging and preservation
Omics for Food, Medicine and Nutrition
AI/ML for food industry
Sustainable Agriculture
Gut Microbiome Engineering, Diet Related Diseases and Health
Guidelines for Abstract
Title (in Bold, Sentence case), followed by the Author (s) name. Presenter's name(s) to be underlined.
Affiliation of the author(s)
Body describing introduction, materials and methods, results, and discussion, not exceeding 300 words. Keywords (4-5) must also be mentioned at the abstract's end.
Font: Times New Roman, Font size 12 for text and 14 for headings
Figures and references should not be included in the abstract.
Oral presentations will be 7 minutes plus 3 minutes with not more than 10 slides in total.
Poster presentation will be for 5 minutes +3 min

Proceedings of the abstract will be published with a reputed publishing group.
