ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

In a world facing complex challenges related to food security, nutrition, and public health, the fusion of bioscience and innovation emerges as a beacon of hope and transformation. We stand on the threshold of unprecedented opportunities to revolutionize how we produce, consume, and understand food and nutrition. With great excitement and anticipation, we convene the International Conference on "Innovations in Food Processing Technology & Nutrition". The conference has different national and international speakers from both academia and industry. Oral presentations from early career researchers, Ph.D. students, and faculty members are also part of the conference.  Abstracts for Poster presentations from postgraduate and undergraduate students are also invited. We are delighted to organize and host the conference virtually thus enabling wider participation and transformative discussions.
