The below Calendar shows when there is an event and when any of the ASB (2) cash boxes are in use. We cannot overlap more than 2 fundraisers at a time, both because of the number of cashboxes that we have and to give each fundraisers it's own chance to stand out.

If a club or grade level would like to run an Event/Fundraiser please fill out the form linked here. It must be accompanied with notes from a meeting of the club/grade level that is intending to host and turned into the ASB Advisor before the next ASB exec meeting.
There can be no advertisement for the event until the event has been approved by the ASB Exec Board and the Director of the school.
