・2019年、JSAワインエキスパート一次試験を独学10日で合格。二次試験は3度目の挑戦で独学合格（2021年）。
・2022年10月〜2025年4月、アカデミー・デュ・ヴァンに勤務。国内外生産者やインポーターと連携し、年間100規模のセミナー・イベントを企画・運営。
・2023年より国際審査員として活動開始。わずか業界歴2〜3年でアジア・欧州の国際舞台に選出される。
・Instagram（@shotaro__）で日本ワインと観光を発信。フォロワー4,500人超、月間11万ビューを獲得。
・現在、東京と北海道を拠点に、スペイン人パートナーとワイン関連事業プラットフォームNOMUを共同運営。
