FAQ
Q1. My child speaks little or no English. Can he/she participate in seasonal school events?
Ans. Even though all classes are conducted in English, the activities are easy to follow, and students can understand. We do not provide class support in Japanese.
Q2. What kind of activities are there?
Ans. The activities are based on a special theme.
Q3. Is there a school bus service?
Ans. Yes, there is a bus service. Please take a look at the event letter for the details.
Q4. When should I pay the registration fee?
Ans. Once you have registered for the program, the school will send you an invoice by email. Once we have received your payment, your registration is complete. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
Q5. If I miss a day of school, can I get a refund for the day I missed?
Ans. Please note that there are no refunds for missed classes.
Q6. My child left something inside the school building, can you mail it to my home?
Ans. Please get in touch with the school office as soon as possible. The items may be sent by mail, and the delivery cost will be charged to you. We will keep lost and found items for two weeks, but we will dispose of them if the owner of the lost and found items does not notify us.
Q7. If the school is cancelled due to a natural disaster, will I get a refund for that day?
Ans. Unfortunately, there can be no refunds for natural disasters(typhoons, flooding, earthquakes...etc) as they are considered as 'Acts of God'. We will cancel only if child safety becomes a dominant issue.
