Mission Vista Academy
It is our goal at Mission Vista Academy to ensure that our English Learners (ELs) acquire English proficiency and fluency, and thereby, reclassify as quickly as possible. As you can see, this is a huge responsibility and I appreciate and thank you for all that you do to support our English Learner and multilingual students and their families.
Throughout this site you will find numerous resources and information that is meant to assist you and provide a starting point for what you'll need as you work with and support your EL and multilingual students and families. The vast majority of materials are accessible to parents and HSTs, with the exception of some training documents that are HST specific.

Are the adults in your home are interested in improving their reading, writing, and communication skills in English, the county of Riverside offers a variety of free programs. There are group sessions, computer classes, job help, and even tutoring. If interested see the Literacy Services page of the Riv Co Library System and watch the short video.
