I am creating this page because you all share so many wonderful resources with me and I'd love to share them with all of the other families so that you all benefit. I'm adding ones here that you all have raved about this year!
Mystery Science is an AMAZING science curriculum! I have seen so many hands-on projects from it this year! K-5th grade. They have a lot free or you can use your planning amounts of course.
4th Grade Social Studies Beautiful Feet It is NOT dry! It is full of great and interesting books to make history come alive! So much fun and it seems to do a fantastic job of meeting the 4th grade ss standards!
Write on Webb writing curriculum for 3rd-8th grade. She has classes and prerecorded lessons you can purchase and she is a very kind woman and is happy to talk and support you over the phone.
Sassafrass Science If your kids love adventure stories this might be a fun way to learn about science! Check it out!
Dimensions Math Definitely a parent and school favorite for a reason. Most of the workbooks are colorful and they do a great job of giving math problems with depth and higher level thinking. Tk-5th grade.
If you have Math Mammoth, there are videos that go along with it! Very helpful!
Handwriting Without Tears-- excellent daily handwriting practice!
Ivy Kids -- these are so sweet! The books and crafts are FANTASTIC for the little ones!
Little Passports-- a WONDERFUL way to have so much FUN learning about world geography, countries and cultures!
T is for Tot- So good for the little ones!
Butterfly Garden-- Grow lives caterpillars, watch them for cocoons, emerge and release!
Teachers Pay Teachers-- Oh my goodness, you can find anything on here! I love their novel unit studies and hands-on math ideas. It's all very inexpensive too. You can use your planning amounts as well. Just set up an account on TPT with your student's school email address, submit orders on the Hub, and once processed, they will go to your child's email address.
Khan Academy-- Great for middle schoolers and for you when you need a refresher on how to teach a math concept etc. They also have a lot of free videos on YouTube.
You can order from Lakeshore! In the Hub, go to "products" and then search for Lakeshore (order this way/through this embedded website/ordering system). It's great to teach through playing games! Let's keep it fun!
Outschool-- There are SO MANY great classes on here! And yes, most of them (if they are academic or for enrichment) are approvable to use school funding for!
