Phase 1. Architectural Drawings and Approvals, Infrastructural Works Including Half a Mile of Roadway, Installation of Water, and Electricity.  

 The Team will meet in February 2025 to plan the implementation of this Phase 1. Approximately 1 mile of roadway, drainage, electrical, water, and telephone cable lines.  Heavy construction equipment is used for various purposes in large projects. The selection of several types of heavy equipment depends on the size of the work and the economy of the project. These make the construction process easier and faster.

Impact:

The construction process is the detailed steps required to complete this construction project. 

MOFIBI PROJECTS: 

 The process can be broken down into five phases – planning/design, pre-construction, procurement, construction, and post-construction. Each phase has its own set of challenges.

 While these challenges in construction may vary in size, the number of stakeholders, budget, and delivery date, one thing remains certain: Construction projects are always a long and demanding process with lots of moving parts. That’s why having the right tool and team at hand is important. 

The community of Moruga / Tableland will be impacted. The community will have stained development projects, giving people the opportunity to learn new skills and to have a better standard of living and leisure time with their families.
