• Facilitation for standing/emerging coalitions or organizations, or for staff or member retreats/planning sessions to drive toward decisions. Create group processes that ensure everyone can participate in the way that works for them, especially lifting BIPOC voices in discussions.
  
  

• Planning and strategy. Helping to identify and support decision makers to build and implement plans with accountability. Supporting long-term and strategic planning, as well as shorter term campaigns and needs.
  
  

• Pennsylvania state legislative power mapping. Drawing from over 20 years of experience working within the Pennsylvania state advocacy and organizing communities, provide guidance and support in building statewide campaigns, and assessing the landscape at any given moment in time.
  
  

• Communications and narrative strategy. Helping leaders figure out what they need to be communicating to advantage their long-term goals. Build communications plans and, to assist with writing, and to help manage practitioners (the actual people who place digital ads, or pitch stories to reporters, etc.)
  
  

• Voting rights advocacy support. Experience and facility with local and state level voting rights advocacy priorities, from legislative to administrative rules changes and implementation plans to increase access to registering and voting.  Particular expertise in helping states build powerful voting rights advocacy coalitions; assisting basebuilding organizations understand which specific election reforms—in plain language—are most likely to build their power; and creating local level election official accountability campaigns.
