As a new-to-district teacher, you will receive a district-issued laptop and accessories. Multiple opportunities will be provided to pick up a device before MTOP (Mansfield Teachers In Training) sessions.

We’re here to champion your creativity and help bring your best ideas to life—ideas that spark curiosity, deepen learning, and go beyond what tax dollars can fund. Whether you're dreaming up something big in STEM, literacy, fine arts, SEL, or athletics, we offer grants to help make it happen. Staff can apply for Individual ($1K), Collaborative ($5K), District-Wide or Think Big ($10K), or Building on Success grants to expand past projects.
