Support Resources

Although your course is designed to be taken on your own time and at your own pace, know that you are NOT alone. We offer:

  • Support from our customer care team, five days a week. You can contact us by phone, email, or chat through the Support link on the course home page or through the Contact Page included here as a resource. For content-related questions, the support team may put you in touch with an instructor, the curriculum team, or other subject matter experts. Most inquiries or questions received outside of standard hours of operation will be responded to within two business days.

  • Topic-based webinars with real estate experts from across the country that you can attend live or access on-demand. Take a moment now to bookmark the Webinars resource.

  • A Facebook group where you can interact with other students as well as Miranda Group staff and instructors. Take a moment to join and bookmark the Facebook Group included here as a resource.
