Minted has built its foundation on a single core value:
Through our design challenges, Minted uses crowdsourcing to find the very best in art and design. We run design challenges year-round, so our assortments are always fresh and always unique.
_
Our design challenges are a great place for designers to let their creativity shine. All designers are
encouraged to enter.
Minted is an open, creative experience. Anyone can comment and vote on the design submissions.
Winning designs are sold on the Minted website. Winners earn a Store where they can launch and sell designs and use Minted to fulfill and ship their products.
Minted's community of independent artists and designers are located in all 50 states and more than 60 countries.
Who are community designers?
_
They are illustrators and textile designers, painters
and packaging designers, marketers and
stay-at-home moms.
Some have design degrees, and others are participating in Minted competitions to learn design
for the first time. They share a deep love for creative expression, personal development, risk-taking, and most importantly, paying it forward by helping
each other.

Just because you work at Minted doesn’t mean you can’t enter the Design Challenges!
Many Mintees have won design challenges and showcase their work on their own Minted storefronts.
Carla San Roman and Cat Caudillo are just 2 of many challenge winners who also work at Minted.
