Information & Fees

ELC is Minneola Charter School's before and after school program. We offer homework assistance and enrichment activities in a nurturing, supportive learning environment on campus, in a safe and familiar setting. We are open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. as well as from dismissal until 6:00 p.m. The $30.00 registration fee is to be submitted along with the completed registration form, based on availability. 

ELC is currently on a wait list.

FEES

The fees are $8.00 per morning and $15.00 per afternoon.  Parents prepay at least one full week on the Monday prior to the week of attendance and the account is deducted based on actual attendance each day.  Whatever is not used carries over to the following week as a credit and parents only prepay the difference for the upcoming week. This will ensure you don’t receive a $15 Late Payment Fee.

The program includes an afternoon snack and homework help, as well as learning centers and outside play.

We are also open on teacher work days and some holidays.  We will open as always at 7:00 a.m. and close at 6:00 p.m.  The full day program ($30.00 a day) is available only if we obtain a minimum of 40 reservations.  Please make your reservation for the full day program by having your child's name added to the reservation list and submitting a nonrefundable prepay to Minneola ELC for $30.00.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made thru the Smart Care Parent Portal online only.  We cannot accept paypal, cash or checks. The Smart Care Parent Portal can be downloaded through the Apple or Google Play Store.
