REPORT AN INCIDENT

🚨 Reporting Serious Incidents

If you need to report criminal behavior, abuse, or harassment, follow these steps:

1. Contact Local Law Enforcement First
   If the situation involves sexual abuse, assault, or any criminal activity, you must report it to the police or proper legal authorities immediately.

2. Notify Mingus Union High School Administration or Coaching Staff
   Let a school official or coach know so the school can respond and support as needed.

3. Submit a Report to SafeSport
   For issues involving misconduct in amateur sports, file a report with the U.S. Center for SafeSport here:

📝 For All Other Concerns

If you’re reporting something like team conflict, inappropriate behavior, rule violations, or anything that doesn’t rise to the level of abuse or criminal conduct — please ONLY use the internal Mingus Wrestling Incident Report Form. These reports are for internal awareness and will be reviewed by the coaching staff confidentially when appropriate.
