ATHLETIC REGISTRATION

To be officially cleared for the regular wrestling season, every athlete must complete the requirements below. These steps ensure both Mingus Union High School’s athletic eligibility rules and Mingus Wrestling’s team policies are fully met before stepping on the mat.

• ✅ Mingus Wrestling – In-Season Participation Form                               

This form must be completed by both athlete and parent/guardian. It collects contact information, confirms understanding of travel and risk policies, and locks in your athlete’s eligibility for competition.

Before any summer workouts, practices, camps, or events, athletes parents must complete and turn in the following forms directly to the wrestling coaching staff:

• ✅ MUHS - Permission for Athletic/Activites Participation Form
  Required for summer and in-season activities. Must be submitted before any participation. Complete the form here.

• ✅ Off-Season Wrestling Participation Form
  Required for anyone participating in Mingus Wrestling's summer practices or activities.
