Mental Health Counselor
Life gets lifey—unexpected stress, loss, relationship strain, illness, or major transitions can leave you feeling untethered or unsure how to move forward. Often, what causes us distress reflects what we care about most, yet we may not know how to change it.
Many of the adults, couples, and families I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. When we feel lost, we look outside ourselves for grounding—but what we’re often seeking is connection, something within us. Counseling offers a safe, supportive space to explore this and gently find your way back to yourself.
My approach is person-centered, empathetic, and relational, creating a personalized experience. Together, we explore patterns that no longer serve you, tend to present stressors and past wounds, and build skills for resilience and clarity. Our work is supportive, curious, and gently challenging—helping you reclaim agency and move toward a more aligned life.
Life can pull us into unfamiliar territory—loss, illness, relationship shifts, or major transitions can leave us feeling uncertain or alone. Healing isn’t a solo journey. Counseling offers a space for connection, where you are met with compassion, empathy, curiosity, and openness. If you’re ready to explore what’s next, I welcome you to reach out.
