Parent Coaching/Consultation

Parenting is hard.  I know because I have done it, and am still doing it!

My husband and I have raised four pretty great children, including a set of twins.  They are all adults now, and the parenting continues....  There is so much that no one ever tells you.  The good news is that children are resilient and despite our mistakes they usually come out okay.  

I have worked in Special Education since 2011 and have learned a thing or two about how schools work from the inside.  I am happy to share my knowledge, give advice, and read reports and IEPs.  

I can share what wisdom I have gained and some of the new thinking about best practices in managing behavior, forging positive relationships, and nurturing happy, well-adjusted, and functional young people.
