4-6pm
Rest, relax, have a cup of tea, explore the space. The retreat formally starts at 6pm. We ask that retreatants make efforts to arrive by this time so as not to disturb others already on site.
7 - 9pm
Join Tamara & Trudi for the Welcome to the Group and Orientation to the weekend as we cook and share food together.
The team will share the immersive creative process for the weekend.
Option to use the fully functioning kitchen or we have plenty of BBQ Barrels if you prefer to cook over fire.
Everyone to bring food to prepare and share together (veggie if possible!)
Evening
In the white room or barn if wet weather - or (fingers crossed) we can use the courtyard.

Morning Practice Under Big Momma

Mindful movement and stretching in the Courtyard.
Catching the morning sun and gently moving and expanding the body in a mindful tai chi style.
Suitable for all levels and abilities.
11.30- 12.30 pm
Time with and in Nature (bring wellies, sunscreen, walking things etc.)
Time to get inspired by the beautiful and spacious natural environment in and around Pitchcott Farm.
Or try the Contemplation Hut (if you feel more quiet).
Or just Do Less and Be More in your own way in nature.

Music, movement and creative mayhem in the courtyard (and other spaces). Come and play with paints, chalks or natural materials and find the media that helps you to express your experience in the best way.
We will integrate embodied experience with creative expression. Make mistakes, start again...enter into the creative spiral.

Let's meet at the Unstables Cafe to pause with the setting sun and perhaps do some gentle tai chi movements.

Tamara will be making veggie skewers with halloumi and offering a range of BBQ goodies. We will provide a veggie meal but can have a separate BBQ for meat eaters (you will need to bring this).

See what your body needs ...... please be mindful of those who wish to rest if you choose to stay up. The team will be retiring at 11pm.

For those who wish to join in Tamara's Class. Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Meditation. Join all or one of these activities in the Courtyard (if sunny) or Barn (if wet).
Or just rest and relax and take your time to transition from the space.
