General Info about Food
We are offering a vegetarian menu, using local fresh produce where we can.
Our food offering is designed to maximise your ability to tune into your body and mind (hence we have a main meal in the middle of the day).
The house has a fully functional kitchen (fridge, pots and pans etc) which can be used by those who feel they may need more (bringing your own food). Please leave the kitchen as you find it.
Tea stations are available throughout the weekend (we suggest you bring your own cup).
Tap water is drinkable from the mains.
Allergies: If you have allergies please make sure we know.
Gluten Free: We are not able to cater for gluten free on this occasion but if this is your situation, please talk to us.
Please note ...
As our food is made with love and presence, the menu may change slightly to allow the chef to follow her intuition and work with available produce.
We are preparing our vegetarian menu now - this page will be updated.
Alcohol Policy: For those wishing to do transformational work, we suggest to keep the weekend alcohol free. We want to support those who wish to have an alcohol free experience as much as possible, without being puritanical. If you wish to drink we suggest this might be on the Friday evening only (easing into the retreat). Drugs (other than medicinal) are not allowed on site.
