The Mindanao PPP Desk works closely with the PPP Center to strengthen the capabilities of local government units and other PPP Implementing Agencies in Mindanao. Through training, mentoring, and technical guidance, we help these agencies build the skills and knowledge needed to develop, procure, and manage successful PPP projects.
