**Milwee PTSA Fall Social Information**

Milwee PTSA is excited to host the Fall Social for our Spartans! 

Below is the information regarding the event, wristband purchases, and other important details.

Event Date & Time:

- **Fall Social:** Wednesday, **October 18th**, 4:05 PM – 6:00 PM

- **Pickup Time:** Students must be picked up promptly at 6:00 PM. Pickup information will be shared via email closer to the event date.

Wristband Purchase ($5):

 **Online Purchase:** Wristbands can be purchased online. The $5 fee includes event entry and serves as the parent permission form if purchased online.  

   You can also sign up to volunteer, submit song requests, and access the printable parent permission form for cash payments.  

**In-Person Cash Purchase:** 

Wristbands will be sold during **lunch on October 15th and 16th** for $5.

    **IMPORTANT: ** Students must bring a **printed and signed parent permission slip** to purchase wristbands with cash.

   Wristbands will **not** be sold after **4:05 PM on Wednesday, October 16th**.

 Important Wristband Information:

Wristbands will be distributed to teachers on **Friday, October 18th** to give to students who have purchased one.

Students not attending the Fall Social must leave campus immediately after school as usual (car, bus, walker).

Tickets for Games, Food & Drinks:

Tickets for games and food/drink will be sold separately **in person at the event**. Both cash and card will be accepted.

There will be a mix of free and paid activities.

 **Note: ** Proceeds from the event benefit school clubs.

Volunteering:

If you’d like to volunteer at the event, you must be a registered Dividend. You can sign up via our Linktree, and please allow **72 hours for approval**.

   -Your help is crucial for the event to run smoothly, and we appreciate your support in creating a memorable experience for our Spartans!
