If you still need to ENROLL in a High School

Hello, 8th Grade Students and Families-

High School Early Enrollment has ended, but you will have another opportunity to select a high school in January, 2021. Most Select Criteria schools will not have seats available, but MPS has a wide variety of high schools throughout the city with many exciting and interesting programs!

(Please note that the dates in this guide are for enrollment for this school year, but you can read the guides to learn about all of the schools in MPS and check back later for the 2021 fall enrollment dates.)

You need a Parent Portal account to enroll. If you do not have a parent portal account already, stop in the office, or call or email Ms. P. to get a special code to get started. It's very easy to set up your account!

Stay tuned for more information about high school orientation and other programs offered in the summer of 2021.

We strongly encourage you to attend any programs that are offered! They will help you:

get to know other students
get familiar with the school staff, your schedule, and where things are in your school
learn what you can do to be prepared and be successful as a student
find out about activities at your school such as sports, arts programs, and other clubs and activities
possibly select some of the classes you will have your freshman year
feel more prepared and more comfortable at your school!
