DP Sports Exercise and Health Science
General Class Description
This class will focus on anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, psychology and nutrition, which are studied as they relate to sports, exercise and health.
We will utilize the IB Approaches to Learning to strengthen our skills as students in this course and every course at Pulaski. We will also become aware of how the Learner Profiles help us to become better students.
