Add Course/Section Interest Form
This form is for school staff to complete when they are considering/requesting an existing course, a course that is new to their school, or an increase in course sections that will result in their school not having enough materials for the new sections. This form excludes requests for credit acceleration and credit recovery courses using Edgenuity. Users must be logged into their MPS account to access.
School staff complete this form when requesting/creating a new course that does not exist in the MPS course catalog.
