Classroom Management - Responsibility & Consequences
I will use a checklist to track student behavior and responsibility. Each day, your child has the opportunity to earn a raffle ticket based on his or her behavior and responsibility.
Consequences
If during the course of the one week, your child earns 5 or more marks for misbehavior, not having supplies, or not turning in homework, Dr. Heredia will be notified and students will have an after school detention, which may also affect the extracurricular activity he/she is in. Each school week will begin with a clean slate.
Rewards
Each day students show responsibility for actions and work, they will earn a raffle ticket. On Fridays, we will have a raffle ticket drawing, and students can earn cool coupons to use in the classroom.
