The Team has determined the student requires a community based transition program model.
Student has completed four years of high school and completed an MCAS Alt portfolio.
Students and/or guardians are supportive of student participation in the program.
Students have demonstrated the ability to tolerate a full-time flexible community based day.
Students have demonstrated the interest and ability to participate in a program with a focus on community learning experiences and activities.
