MS/HS Transportation Application Form

Free Bus:

• For Grades K-6 students who live more than 2 miles from school.

• The distance from school is the shortest traveled route from the homeowner's driveway on a public street to the main entrance of the student’s school.

• OR Family receives government assistance (for example SNAP.)

Paid Bus (Fee Based Busing Program):

• For All grades (if seats are available.)

Important Dates:

• July 14 - Register online for Free Bus

• July 14 - Register online and pay online or by mail by for Paid Bus

• August 19 - Confirmation email sent to let you know that your student(s) has been assigned a seat.

• August 21 - Bus assignment email sent 1 week before school starts with bus stop information.

Bus Fees for 2024 - 2025

• Pay by June 14 - Discounted Rate

First student = $310

Additional Students / Family Cap = $592

• Pay by July 14 - Two installments

First student: $173 by June 14 and $173 by July 14

Additional Students/Family Cap: $329 by June 14 and $329 by July 14

• Bring payment to the Superintendent's Office at the Millis Middle/High School.

Late Registration and Late Payment:

• After July 14 registration is late. A seat is not guaranteed. The student will be on a waitlist. Email will be sent after September 14. 

Reminders:

• First come, first served (register early!).

• Payment is for To and FROM school, whether or not your student(s) rides both ways.

• Students must be picked up/dropped off at the same location.

• Students may not ride until assigned to a bus.
