Search for and learn about various hardware that is in place across our District

Support

First, browse the Tech Help section of this site to see if you can troubleshoot your issue (IF YOU HAVE TIME). You can find the link in the left hand navigation as well.

Second, Check the library COMPUTER SHOP Schedule which is posted below! If someone is there, they can address your issue (especially if it is a student issue) or direct you to the tech office.

Third, Email: helpdesk@millisschools.org. This is the best option if the issue is not an immediate need.

Fourth, Call extension #307 to speak with a Technology staff member. They will let you know if they are able to provide that immediate assistance or will give you the best time to come in.


Please DO NOT simply knock on the door, technology staff members may not be available or busy with someone else or another issue. A phone call #307 is the way to go!
