District-wide learning applications are available to all students and staff in grades K-12 to teach, learn, and create with.

Screencastify is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to record, edit, and assign screencasts.  Recordings can be saved to Google Drive, shared to Google Classroom, uploaded to YouTube or integrated into Flipgrid, Edpuzzle, Pear Deck or other Edtech learning applications. Screencastify supports MPS's UDL initiative by providing tools that allow for:

Flipgrid is a website and app that allows teachers to facilitate video discussions. Students are organized into groups and given access to discussion topics. The topic space serves as an interactive message board where teachers can pose questions and students can post video responses. More information...

Flipgrid supports MPS's UDL initiative by providing tools that allow for:

Edpuzzle is a web-based tool for editing online videos and adding interactive content. Videos can be customized with comments, embedded assessment questions, links, and more. Teachers can share videos with their students, assign due dates, and track their students' scores and progress as students answer embedded assessments.

Edpuzzle supports MPS's UDL initiative by providing tools that allow for:

Pear Deck is an interactive presentation and lesson delivery tool. Students join teachers' sessions and use their devices to follow along with the teacher's slideshow. Students can complete student-paced decks in class or at home. Teachers can pause at points where they've added question , including drawing, dragging, text, number, and multiple choice.

Pear Deck supports MPS's UDL initiative by providing tools that allow for:

Padlet is a website and app that allows students to curate information onto virtual boards called Padlets.  Teachers can share boards via links or QR codes with content such as videos, text, links, documents, or images.   Students can also upload documents such as notes or assignments. Multiple people can contribute to a Padlet wall at the same time.
