NAIMUN, the North American Invitational Model United Nations, stands as one of the most time-honored UN simulations tailored for high school students across North America and the globe. Since its inception in 1963, this conference has served as a vibrant platform where a diverse array of young scholars convene from around the globe to collaboratively deliberate, negotiate, and engage in discourse aimed at uncovering resolutions to the myriad global challenges.

This distinguished event is meticulously orchestrated by the Georgetown International Relations Association, Inc. (GIRA), a non-profit entity devoted to crafting impactful exchanges that ignite inspiration, enlightenment, and empowerment in the next generation of leaders in government, commerce, and international affairs. NAIMUN proudly claims the title of being the world's largest student-led conference, orchestrated and overseen by a dedicated team of over 250 Georgetown University undergraduates, all of whom possess a profound passion and extensive grasp of the realm of international relations.
