This is how all summer communication will be sent. Please contact someone if you have issues doing this.

Please sign up for the Milford High School Youth Volleyball Camp on June 8th-9th! Info on your left under "Youth Volleyball Camp". We would love to see all 7th and 8th graders there!

Summer Open Gyms begin Monday, June 12th - check calendar link above for full summer schedule (Use arrow to change to June, July and August for these dates). All Open gyms are located at MJHS and are open to all incoming 7th and 8th grade girls.

All players MUST activate their profile on Final Forms to participate in summer workouts starting 6/12.
This is also how email communication is sent out all summer!!
This is how we access their Emergency Medical Form that is required to participate.
- 1. Login to Final Forms: link
  2. Choose "Switch to 2023-24 Registration" (big blue button at top)
  3. Click on "OK, Let's Get Started!"
  4. Select "+Add Sports/Activities" for your player(s)
  5. Check box for "Girls Volleyball"
  6. Scroll down and click on "Update Sports/Activities"

- Reminder: All players are required to have a current sports physical signed by a physician on file before tryouts on 7/31.
