This resource page is meant to be a "one stop shop" for our Milford teachers! There are a variety of resources here - some functional, and some aspirational - that should inspire you, give you insight into why we do what we do, and help as you navigate the day to day work you conduct. The hope is that as you get frustrated looking for something in your Google Drive, or if you say, "I really can't remember what we were supposed to do about...x", that you will be able to come here and find what you need. If there is something that is missing, let us know so we can update it and add the things that will make this a true resource for you. Â
Our Strategic Plan guides all that we do! From student success and culture and climate building to community engagement, this document is our north star. We strive to help all learners "create their own story", and this plan keeps us focused on that work, and helps us avoid some of the initiative fatigue that often plagues our field. Â
Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) are ways of doing business. They push us, as professionals, to engage in collaborative practices that focus on data and student learning in order to guide our practice. Â

The Student Support Team Manual is meant to guide the "SST" process. This is NOT a pre-referral process, but rather; it is a process whereby a team of educators works together to support a student with any struggles they may be having. SST is supposed to guide interventions of all types. Â

Yes... we know Frontline isn't the easiest program to work with! We are trying to make it more efficient and are doing a lot on the back end to make it function better for us. While we work on getting better form configurations, we believe that this section of the resource page will have some helpful information for your Frontline needs. Â
Frontline is the system where you will enter your professional development goals and your annual reflections on your growth. Frontline also houses the system where you enter your sick and personal time.  Â
These sample forms are meant to help you brainstorm and get ideas on paper before you get them into Frontline. This is what Frontline used to develop the forms we currently use, so the sections of each form are EXACTLY the same as what you will see in the live forms. Â

This video is intended to help you with activities that seem to be "lost" or "in limbo" without action. It helps users walk through the Mark Complete process with forms they have submitted.
