The Student Help Desk is a program started in 2021 to give students the opportunity to learn how to solve technology issues in the school. Help Desk students are responsible for swapping and repairing chromebooks, using Incident IQ to report technology issues and changes, and working with the IT department to learn new skills and assist in fixing technology issues in the building. Students are recruited from AP CS classes and must have completed computer sciences classes, have an interest in computer science, and demonstrate leadership skills and ethical behavior.
Students who are interested in joining should have completed some computer sciences courses and speak to Ms. Mundy.Â
Chromebook support can be found most days in the TLC - either stop by the IT desk for help from the Student Help Desk or IT or see Ms Mundy if no one is on duty.
