Transcript Requests

When applying for college admissions or for scholarships, you will often need to provide an official transcript from MHS. To request that an official transcript be sent, please come to the front office and complete a Transcript Request Form with Mrs Honeycutt!

If you have completed ANY dual credit courses, you will need to ALSO request a transcript directly from Blinn College. Here is the link for that process:
