The assembly process can be divided into 3 main sections: 1. PCB assembly, 2. Sensor assembly and 3. Enclosure assembly.
1. PCB assembly
STEP 1. Solder the 15x1, 2.45mm female pin header connector to the PCB
STEP 2. Solder the 15x1, 2.45mm male pin header connector to the PCB.
STEP 3. Solder the 4x1, 2.45mm male pin header connector to the PCB.
2. Sensor assembly
STEP 1. Solder the 4x1, 2.45mm male pin header connector to the sensors.
3. Box assembly
STEP 1. Insert the microcontroller into place on the PCB.
STEP 2. Connect the sensor to the PCB board with female-female jumper wires.
See the schematic diagram below to know how to connect the sensor.
STEP 3. Flash the software on the microcontroller.
See section Software for more information.
STEP 4. Slide the PCB and the sensors into the appropriate slots in the 3D-printed
enclosure.
STEP 5. Close and install the enclosure. See section Installation for final remarks.
