EXPERIENCE

Lavender and Honey Doula Services — Birth and Bereavement Doula

November 2019 - Present

Serving women throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. Tasks range from a variety of things most commonly; educating clients about evidence based research and physically supporting them throughout labor and delivery.

Prime IV Hydration and Wellness Saratoga Springs, UT IV therapist

September 2023 - Present

During my time at Prime I was an IV therapist. Working closely with the customers providing advice and expertise in supplement recommendations for various ailments and conditions. I would place and manage IV insertion. I also worked as a receptionist managing client accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

BioLife Plasma Riverton, UT — SPCT 

September 2022 - June 2023

While working here I was a Phlebotomist. Performing venipuncture, troubleshooting, quality care and customer service throughout their donation process. 

Utah Birth Suites Provo, UT — Midwives Assistant

October 2022 - Present

I was the midwife’s extra set of hands and eyes. I performed vitals on mother and baby. I took fetal heart tones and administered shots as needed and helped setting up intravenous therapy for mothers when it was necessary. Charting and being a timekeeper were major roles. As well as taking cues from the midwife and anticipating her needs before she needed to ask for them. After the baby was born, I was in charge of cleaning and sanitizing.

I am attending MCU to get my bachelor's degree in the science of midwifery.

Completed my certificate in Birth assisting, through Micki Persons and Chelsea Doyle through their online course.

Completed 38 hours of birth assistant training with Seasons Warner and Angelica Nichols through a hands on course.

Stillbirthday, — Doula Certification

July 2019 - November 2019

Completed my certification for being a birth and bereavement doula with Stillbirthday. Passing all exams and readings.

June 2017 - July 2019

Completed three semesters at Brigham Young University - Idaho. Started my major in History, then switched to Psychology, then Marriage and Family Studies.
