My Personal Goals:

Foot Zone

I graduated with my foot zone certification May 2025. I am currently in the process of opening an office space to offer clients and our community services.

Travel

Every year I plan a trip to go on. This year's trip is to Paris, France. After it's over I will start planning for next year!

Start a Podcast

I get asked all the time to start a podcast about birth, my life experiences and advice. While I've been featured on a few podcasts it is a personal goal to start my own this year.

Grow a garden with

my kids

My oldest son loves plants and last year asked me to help him plant a garden with tomatoes. This year we are starting our gardening journey with a few vegetable plants and hoping they bring us some fresh veggies.

My Professional Goals:

Start working with a preceptor for phase two of school

Academically get to the point to do the JUMP program at MCU

Finish my Foot Zone office space and start taking clients

Update my doula website and services as a doula/placenta encapsulator

Goal #1: The undergraduate program aims to prepare graduates to practice at the full scope of the Certified Professional Midwife credential through the demonstration of broad, integrative, and specialized knowledge.

Goal #2: The undergraduate program aims to advance equity and access in midwifery, as well as to prepare graduates to serve in diverse communities in culturally safe, ethical, and collaborative ways.

A midwife of personal greatness

Goal #3: The undergraduate program aims to prepare graduates for reflective practice and a perpetual commitment to advancing quality and professional direct-entry midwifery.
