Outside the classroom

Things that I involve myself in that I really enjoy:

• community service projects 

• building or crafting

• helping others, ie. find a place to stay, buying a car, finding resources, connecting other to one another

• watching my kids play sports

• working out at the gym

• meal prep and cooking

• being a Board Member of multiple NPOs

• coaching and being a mentor

• teaching midwives, students and others the basics of Ultrasound technology

• bringing people together to make a difference

• learning more about herbalism and homeopathy

• traveling the world 

• listening to music and live band (unknown, little known, and widely known artists)

• going to art museums 

• visiting historical monuments
