Although we do not bill insurance directly, patients can request documentation (often called a superbill) to submit to their insurance company.
Depending on your plan:
Expenses may be applied toward your annual deductible
You may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement
You can maintain a record of healthcare expenses for insurance purposes
We recommend contacting your insurance carrier to understand your specific out-of-network and deductible benefits.
