Midway ISD will offer Virtual School Options for 6th-12th grade students during the 2026-2027 school year. Three enrollment options are available:
Full-Time Virtual Learning (100% online) Open to any Texas resident. Students must be able to provide their own transportation to the Midway ISD campus for periodic, mandatory state and district testing. Full-time enrollment is free of charge.
Hybrid Learning (part-time online 4 or more classes / part-time in person) Available to students who reside within the Midway ISD attendance zone or hold an approved Midway ISD transfer. Hybrid students may participate in select campus-based electives and UIL extracurricular activities, in accordance with UIL and TEA eligibility policies.
À La Carte Online Courses Individual online courses are available to both current Midway ISD students and students enrolled in other Texas districts. À la carte courses are available for a per-course fee. For Midway students this is available on a limited basis and should be considered with their advising counselor.
