Why Join the Cardinal Booster Club?

The Cardinal Booster Club is open to anyone wishing to be involved in supporting student athletes at Middleton High School. Our Team Funding Model uses the percentage of membership per team to determine funding allocations, so your membership is important! Each sport in which your student-athlete(s) participates benefits directly from your membership.

Please help our efforts by becoming a Booster Club member! Several types of family membership are available (see below). The term for membership runs from July 1-June 30.

Who can become a member of the MCBC?  

Anyone! Being a MCBC member is one way of showing support for MHS athletics and activities. Individuals, families, businesses, MHS staff, and the Middleton community are all invited to become MCBC members.  Memberships include all family members residing in a single residence. 

What if I have a current MCBC membership? 

For the remaining duration of the membership, families with current one year, two year, four year, or lifetime memberships will be transferred to the new plan as Booster level members. Note that benefits at this level remain unchanged for existing members. 

Are existing members able to upgrade from the Booster Level?

Yes, current members who wish to upgrade to a JV, Varsity or Premium level package can register using this link:  Memberships are immediately effective and won’t expire until June 30th, 2026.  

What is Booster Hub and why was I emailed an invite to join?

MCBC recently joined over 500 schools that use Booster Hub, a booster club specific software system that tracks finances, develops membership databases, coordinates volunteers, sends out communication and more!  After registering for a membership, New Members will receive an invite from Booster Hub to create an account. Existing Members will receive an invite once their membership has been transferred to the new plan. All Members (including MHS students) are asked to create an account as Booster Hub will be a main source for receiving athletic and activity information.
