> We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing fragranced body products, including fragrances, perfumes, body lotions, and other similar products during the event, as an attendee with a fragrance sensitivity. 

> For the workshop component of Thursday afternoon's plenary session, please bring a copy of a recent Projects for Peace proposal and a final report (they don’t need to be for the same project) from your institution, ideally by a student whom you know. You will not be required to share these materials with others.

Expenses

Meals, accommodations, and parking will be covered by Projects for Peace for the duration of the convening from June 4-6, 2025. 

Transportation costs will be supported on an "as needed" basis. We cannot guarantee full funding for all requests. You are encouraged to pre-register regardless of your need for travel funds and we will respond as soon as possible.

Wednesday:  Dinner only

Thursday: Breakfast (at hotel), Lunch & Dinner

Friday: Breakfast (at hotel), Lunch (box)

Lodging

Once we have confirmed your registration, we will hold a room for you at the Hotel Pacific. There is no need to book a room directly. 

Check-in is at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, June 4.

Check-out is at 11:00 am on Friday, June 6.
