We use Hubstaff for tracking working hours. Please download the desktop app from this link. You will receive an invitation to join our organization to your personal email, and you'll need to accept it and create an account. Use the same email to log in to the desktop app after the account is created.
Guidelines for using Hubstaff
The Hubstaff app must be running only while work for the client is being performed.
The time will be tracked under the Realm Arden Trainer project.
The app does not take screenshots, nor does it track URLs or apps used. It only monitors mouse and keyboard activity.
If Hubstaff is left running by mistake, don’t worry!
The app will ask you to confirm whether you want to keep your idle time, and you can choose to discard it.
If you accidentally chose to keep the idle time, let us know, and we can remove it for you.
If you forget to start Hubstaff while working, that’s okay too!
You can inform us, and we will manually add the time for you.
If you're interested in the time tracked during a specific period, select Reports > Time & Activity, and choose the date range you're interested in. In the picture below, you can see June 2, 2025 – June 8, 2025 selected, but you can customize the range according to your needs. You might want to check the overall time for a pay period (1-15 or 16-end of month). The total hours are calculated in Pacific Time.
