Average Handling Time (AHT) is determined by dividing the total number of hours tracked on Hubstaff by the total number of tasks submitted since you started the project. The global AHT includes all activities related to completing tasks -- time spent working on tasks, reading instructions, reading Slack posts, and revising old tasks.
Expected AHT per Task:
Tax Experts: 12 hours
Energy Engineers: 1 hour
Each task is paid individually once it is signed off. This would apply to both energy and tax experts.
A task is signed off when:
The prompt is approved, and
The Response Rubric and Chain-of-Thought (CoT) Rubric are completed and validated.
An HDM/HDL/Researcher approves it and signs it off, it will be eligible for payment.
Rates & time tracking
Each signed-off task is paid at the contracted task rate
Hubstaff time tracking is still required for tracking purposes, but hours logged do not determine pay.
Please continue tracking time in Hubstaff under the Arden project.
If you’re unsure whether a task has been signed off, or have any questions about payment, feel free to reach out! Thank you everyone
