SUMMER HOUSING & CONTRACT EXTENSION INFORMATION

Summer Housing

Summer Housing will be available starting Monday, May 11, 2026 and will end on Sumday, July 26, 2026. If you would like to apply to stay on campus for any time during this period, you can apply by clicking the button below.

Housing Contract Extensions

If a student is having travel challenges at the end of the Spring semester, the Office of Residence Life allows residents to extend their housing contract for up to 48 hours at the beginning and end of each semester for an additional fee.

NEW! The Office of Residence Life is offering undergraduate students the opportunity to remain on campus to support graduating Seniors by attending ArtWalk. Students who apply for this extension and are approved will be permitted to remain on campus until 12:00pm (noon) on Sudnay, May 17, 2026. Please note: this contract extension is a privilege. Any student who violates any housing policies during this period will be required to completely depart the residence halls within 24 hours.

Summer 2026 Rates

Contract Extension

• 48 hour Contract Extension: $100

• ArtWalk Contract Extension: $150

Summer Housing

• Weekly Rate: $275

Summer Bridge Housing (Sunday, July 26, 2026-Wednesday, August 19, 2026): 

• Bridge Housing Rate: $200

• Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be enrolled full time for Fall 2026

  • Must have a housing assignments for the 2026-2027 academic year

Application Deadline

The application will close on Thursday, April 30, 2026.

Confirmation

All students who applied for Summer Housing or a Contract Extension will receive confirmation of their application via email.

Application Withdrawal

Students will have until Monday, May 4 at 12:00pm noon to withdraw from Summer Housing.  Any requests to withdraw after the move-in date of May 12th will result in the total cost of a week of Summer Housing being added to the student's account.
