Data collected daily starting Mid-March
Our project has been active since 2022, currently collecting data for the 2026 season
Results are based on numbers from the past 3 years
Ephemerals: flowering, fruiting, and abundance
Honeysuckle: canopy cover, leaf size, and basal area
Environment: Temperature
Claytonia virginica observed in the 2024 Research Period
L. maackii canopy coverage recorded in the 2026 research period
Claytonia virginica observed in the 2024 Research Period
Thalictrum thalictroides observed in the 2026 research period
Flower and fruit counts are performed daily in the field; first-flowering individuals are marked with skewers to differentiate them
Abundance, the total number of individuals of a species, measured every 5th day
Temperature data is recorded by HOBO meters
Canopeo app for canopy cover every other day
Honeysuckle leaf length measurements recorded every other day
