This project developed the High Voltage wiring diagram for a Formula SAE electric racecar. Safety protocols were also developed based on competition rules and common industry regulations. Components such as the motor, inverter, battery pack, and BMS were sized and selected using simulations and market standards. The physical connections for the motor, inverter, and liquid cooling system have been made and are ready to demonstrate on a low-voltage test bench using an RS232 communication network.
