Handshake is a service all students at Miami have access to and is similar to indeed and other job posting platforms. What makes it different though is that it's specifically targeted at students. Companies know beforehand that posting jobs will lead to student applicants so they'll be more likely to work with you around your schooling and will have a variety of jobs / internships posted depending on their needs.

Another resource at Miami that can be invaluable to many students is job shadowing. Students can get help searching for job shadowing opportunities by contacting the CSPD directly through their email here: miamiregionalscareer@MiamiOH.edu or by going to one of their on-campus offices. One thing to consider when using the CSPD is that college students are only permitted 20hours of shadowing per year.
