Do you have any Halloween or Fall-themed artwork? Sell it at the Halloween Party! Students will be able to set up a small booth and sell their work throughout the duration of the event.
Halloween Party Student Vendor Rules
Vendors may sell their work during the MIAD Halloween Party between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Vendors may sell their work during the Costume Contest from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, but it is not required.
All vendors must be current MIAD students due to space constraints.
All vendors must apply during the application window using the Vendor Application below. Late applications will not be accepted.
All vendors will have their work reviewed by the Student Engagement team to ensure it meets the necessary qualifications. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Assignments will be announced on Monday, October 19, 2026.
It is highly suggested that the majority of work sold be Halloween- or Fall-themed.
Vendors will handle their own payments. Student Party will not accept payments on behalf of vendors. Vendors receive 100% of profits from work sold.
Vendors do not need to provide their own tables. Six-foot tables and seating will be set up in the event space for vendors to use during the sale. Due to space constraints, vendors are not permitted to bring additional tables.
Vendors may begin setup as early as 4:00 PM on the day of the Halloween Party.
Vendors must have all work removed from the event space by 10:00 PM on the day of the Halloween Party.
This application is live until Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Results will be released via email on Monday, October 19, 2026.
